Joining & General
0.1 // R-e-s-p-e-c-t is a must. Respect the members. Respect the guests. Respect the administrators. Just. . . be respectful.
0.2 // You can join with whatever name you want, but you must change your display name to your character name. The format for all display names is as follows.
DOE, john ; do not set your display name it john doe, JOHN doe, JOHN DOE, DOE JOHN, jOhN dOe, DoE jOhN. It is simply DOE, john.
0.3 // You may have three characters MAX to start off with. This is because each character must have their own accounts and we do not want our members swamping themselves.
0.4 // Human characters only, please!
0.5 // No character may be created that is younger than 13 years of age. This is because to join proboards you must be 13 years of age. And so we do not want young characters running around either.
0.6 // NPC's must be registered in the NPC files.
0.7 // Do not impersonate any one else, do not hack accounts, do not steal characters/images. If it's generally wrong, just don't do it. Okay?
0.8 // No graphic violence, no porn, no nudity. If you're having an adult incident with your characters please fade to black. That won't be accepted on this site. Mild language, however, is aloud.
0.9 // have fun and know that more rules can and will be added as necessary!

Character Creation
0.1 // Select a play-by that has not been taken. Play-by's are necessary!
0.2 // No name double ups! We will not allow two Samantha Greary's on FTG. Samantha may be repeated, and Greary may be repeated but not Samantha Greary. Got it? Good!
0.3 // Fill out the entire application.
0.4 // Don't break the application. We have it all pretty and spiffy already. Nice and neat and orderly for you!
0.5 You must have a play-by before role playing however you do not have to be accepted to begin role playing.
0.6 // Characters may have two horses each to start off with. More horses must be purchased from other players or the store. More than two horses may not be owned by a character/account less than two months old on FTG.
0.7 // Do not have romantic plots with your own characters. Get out there and get involved with the other role players!

Pets and Things
0.1 // up to two pets may be owned by new accounts. These pets include, but are not limited to, horses, dogs, cats, birds, and rodents. This means that if you have two horses, you cannot have a dog. More pets may be purchased from other players or the store after the character/account reaches two months.
0.2 // Horses have an application that must be filled out for registry. Dogs and other pets simply need their breed, name, gender, parents, age, and owner in order to be filed.
0.3 // Show animals must have a section for points. All show animals start off with 0 points unless they are purchased or come from the school.
0.4 // No name double-ups and no image repeats.
0.5 // Do not use Copy-Righted Images. Search Flickr.com and Deviantart.com for stock images please.

Training, Lessons, and After School
0.1 // Random classes will be assigned to students. These classes will include all the core classes needed to advance and up to four electives. Students must provide eight electives of their top choices.
0.2 // Dorms are assigned. Dorms are not co-ed. Four students to a dorm.
0.3 // All students must attend classes via RP once a week. Students who do not attend classes will receive an 'F' for that week.
0.4 // Students must take lessons and train with their horses once a week. Horses that are not trained lose 1 point each week that they are not trained. Students that do not go to lessons lose 5 points each week they are absent. (away members are excempt)
0.5 // After school programs can be petitioned for (get three students interested and post a request in the office) and will be added. After School programs must maintain five active members in order to be kept.
0.6 // Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays are the only days that students may go into town. All threads started on these days may continue as long as necessary. Threads started in town between these days risk students getting detention.
0.7 // there are two points systems here. There is the Points for Shows and the Points for Education. Both of these affect the students performance in shows and lessons.

Competing and Prizes
0.1 // Students must attend one show a month. Students may not attend more than six shows in one month.
0.2 // In order to compete students and their horses must reach the points requirements for a show.
0.3 // Students PM their show entries to the ADMINISTRATOR who will post them once the entry deadline arrives. This is to prevent students posting off of each other.
0.4 // Any member may host a show so long as the character they choose has twice the points necessary for the show they are hosting.
for example. Jane Doe wants to host a show that requires 10 points for horses and 100 points for riders. Jane Doe must have one horse that has 20 points and must have 200 points in order to host the show.
0.5 // Prizes vary from show to show. Hosts may not offer money as prizes. Prizes may not exceed the value of the show. (ie. a prize may not be worth $2,000 if the show only requires 100 points per rider. The show must require 200 points per rider for a $2,000 prize)
0.6 // For riders. 1st place = 50 points. 2nd place = 40 points. 3rd place = 30 points. 4th place = 25 points. 5th place = 20 points. 6th & 7th place = 10 points and 8th & 9th place = 5 points.
For horses. 1st place = 15 points. 2nd place = 10 points. 3rd place = 5 points. 4th - 9th = 2 points
0.7 // in order to enter a show rider and horse must BOTH be trained in that style.
